Quality
All our products are made to the highest standard of craftsmanship and designed for easy assembly by the purchaser.
Price
The prices quoted reflect the expertise of our design and manufacture and the uniqueness of each item.
Safety
Our aim is to provide products that will withstand the established practices of bondage. However we cannot accept liability for any accident or injury resulting from putting into practice these ideas whilst using our products / furniture.
Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your order within 14 days, but as all our products are made by hand deliveries will vary depending on workload. Furniture may take up to 6 weeks from receipt of your order.
Returns
We cannot accept returns of any goods that are damaged or have been used. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
Payment
Strictly payment with order in full, by the methods advised. All goods remain the property of Heaven-in-hell until paid for in full.
Taxes and Shipping
All prices include 17.5% VAT. All delivery / shipping charges are payable by the recipient. The charge will be calculated upon the TOTAL WEIGHT. Heavy goods ie: furniture etc will be advised by email upon receipt of your order.
Legal
As far as we are aware from legal advice given there is no law prohibiting ownership of any products for sale on Heaven in Hell. Our aim is to provide products / furniture for people to enjoy their bondage / fantasies safely and we encourage this wholeheartedly. It is implicit that all activities carried out on our products / furniture should only take place between consenting adults.
